About Me: I’m Nabila Hassan, LPC, NCC, CCTP, CAADC. I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to helping people navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with their inner strength. Growing up navigating multiple cultural identities as an Asian American Muslim woman, in an immigrant family, gave me a deeper understanding of belonging, resilience, and the journey of self-discovery. In my work, I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I walk alongside clients as they uncover their strengths, build practical coping skills, and create lasting positive change. Supporting emotional resilience, self-awareness, and overall well-being is at the heart of what I do, whether helping clients manage stress, anxiety, emotional struggles, or relationship challenges. Every session is an opportunity to witness courage and growth, and I am deeply motivated by helping people move forward with clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.
Credentials: I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges. I hold certifications as a National Certified Counselor (NCC), Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), and Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP, CCTP‑II).
Areas of Concerns: I work with individuals navigating the demands of everyday life, including stress, expectations, life transitions, anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, relationship challenges, and the complexities of navigating multiple cultures and identities.
Therapeutic Approach:

How this approach help? Stress and worry often show up first in the body, through tension, racing thoughts, or fatigue. By learning to notice and regulate these physical and emotional signals, clients can prevent overwhelm, respond with calm, and build sustainable coping skills. Often, tension, racing thoughts, or emotional overwhelm show up first in the body. By learning to notice and regulate these signals, you gain a sense of control over your responses instead of reacting automatically.

In essence, this approach help you feel more grounded, respond with intention, and navigate life’s demands with confidence, while providing both immediate relief and a foundation for lasting growth and resilience.

Why work with Nabila?
Due to Nabila’s integrative and individualized approach, clients often describe her approach as having a metaphoric “toolbelt”, highlighting that she draws from a diverse set of therapeutic tools and interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs. Drawing from complementary evidenced based modalities and rather than a one-size-fits-all method, Nabila carefully selects the tools that fit each client’s unique needs, helping them feel seen, supported, and empowered on their journey toward healing, resilience, and personal growth.
